Animas Billing Issues

Unfortunately, my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 about a year ago and went on the Animas One-Touch Ping in January. We love the pump but have been fighting their billing department since March. Our insurance has promptly paid their portion each time (3 times as we order quarterly), but Animas has not credited it toward her account which has caused delays in getting her supplies. I have spoken to them repeatedly, even given them the insurance check number and pay date, but nothing gets done despite their assurance that “it will be resolved within 48 hours”. This even came from their so called “managers”. I am so frustrated as I need to resolve this before year end when our FSA expires. I cannot comprehend why they would not resolve this issue and bill me so that I can pay our private portion. Has anyone else dealt with their inadequacies and/or have any solutions?
