Wondering how others deal with change of clock from daylite savings time to EST? Do you find that it takes a while for the body to adjust to the time? Do you just adjust your pump clock or do you make other changes?
This morning, my son ran high because I forgot to change the pump clock. But I remember from other time changes that it took us awhile to pin down the necessary adjustments. (In our case, we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel after a couple of weeks of highs and lows due to a growth spurt.)
How do you deal with this?
