Dexcom Follow App Latest Version 4.1.0 for Andriod upgraded from the previous version 4.0.4 is not working properly on Samsung Andriod S9+ and S10e. I am trying to find other users who may have the same problem. I am working with Dexcom but no final resolution yet. Please respond with any guidance you may have or Forum where this topic/problem may be better discussed and any problems quantified.
I don’t share my readings so I view them with the Tandem T:Connect app. I have an I phone but the app works with Android as well; and while it does not share readings it might perhaps serve as an alternative while you wait for the problem to be resolved - hopefully soon.
