Hey - I am new to this whole website and have been actively working to gain muscle over the past few months. A bit about me, I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 18 years, been on an insulin pump for 16, currently 22 years old. I work full time, and have been struggling to maintain my target range. This past year I’ve put on around 14lbs, but I’m also the strongest I’ve ever been. I’m following a fitness program called Crush60 that I love - but I often find that it’s hard to maintain the workouts/diabetes and not feel alone!
I have been thinking about creating a Vlog focused on diabetes and fitness, and was wondering if you guys had any input on that? I’ve looked on youtube for similar topics, and have come up pretty short! I really want more resources out there in terms of connecting with people, and just wanted other diabetics opinions.
