I've gained about 15 pounds over the last year and I KNOW the major reason for this EXTREMELY unwelcome gain is exercise, or lack thereof. I'd like to start a little thread where all of us somewhere-around-middle age working stiffs can support and laugh at each other as we struggle to fit the time to exercise into our schedules ( or at least the time to serioulsy THINK about it.) Nothing is too little on our exercise scale here, all it takes is some movement. The point is to just get moving. And if you don't, well, let us know anyway and we'll do our best to support you off the couch :)
I'll start. Yesterday I walked around my office and after work I held my recliner down while watching TV. :(
Today I hope to get a walk in after work. I"ll let you know how that goes tomorrow.
