Does anyone have an organized food log that they have found online or created? I have been given many different types and have created some of my own but I am looking for something where I can write down everything I eat, include before and after meal sugars, and record exercise.
My dietician gave me some food logs with exactly everything you just listed. It had a spot for everything, and I found it very helpful. You should ask at your clinic and they'll probably give you some.
I also tryed downloading software for my OneTouch meter, but since I didn't have the cable, I had to do everything manually, and it was a mess. But it's pretty neat since it puts together charts and graphs for you. Here's a link if you're interested: http://www.lifescan.com/products/otdms/
