So when im having an off Diabetes day of too high of a sugar or what not. And having all the symptoms of feeling like crap. I have found a food that helps get me a quick rebound. I dont know if it works for everyone or not but I will share my idea. I go to the local chinese food store and order up a pint of chiken and broccoli with garlic sauce. for some reason my body rebounds quickly and i feel like a million bucks not too long after that. give it a shot sometime. i dont know...maybe theres something about that mix that is good for diabetics. its worth a shot though if it does help out.
