I have downloaded many nutrition apps off itunes and most of them have been disappointing. I eat out for lunch once a week and really found it difficult to try to predict what I was going to eat Before going to the restaurant.
Finally I saw this post on Gizmodo for a nutrition app that was free so I tried it out. It is pretty amazing. I was surprised it had many more restaurants than I thought it would. I thought I would share it with everyone here as well. Check out the links below if you have an iphone/itouch.
