Hi Everyone! So I found out that my husband I are expecting a baby! (confirmed by a home pregnancy test, we have an appt with a doctor in the next week or so). So I was just wondering what anyone’s thoughts are on doing hot yoga while pregnant. On the internet, yoga seems to be beneficial during pregnancy, however info on hot yoga seems to be limited and conflicting. I’ve done hot yoga inconsistently for about a year, and just this past month started going 2-3 times a week…should I continue or just hold off for now? I’ve been a diabetic for 16 yrs with great control and health, so its not a concern in that sense, just wondering about it concerning pregnancy.
