Hello everyone! I am considering trying lowering my carbs to help with my weight. Has anyone done any low carb diets that helped with weight loss? Did you do Atkins or just your own version? How did you avoid lows or just feeling dizzy from the lack of carbs? And how many carbs qualifies as a low carb diet? Thanks a ton!!! :)
I think it's best to talk to a nutritionist or your doctor about how to lose weight safely for your body. Writing a food journal could be the best way to figure out what types of things you are eating and causing extra calories, that you can cut. I've personally had success when I write things down, even logging my blood sugars.
