Hello everyone this is linkesh from india....

ma parents found me as a type1 diabetic patient at the age of 15.

i was insisted by ma doctors to install medtronic pump on me....

am using it for past 7 years...

the thing is the money we spend for infusion set is getting higher...

errrrrrrrr....

here we can use only energizer battery for the pump...before four months the battery costs 128 rs but now its around 436 rs..

infusion set rates also high....  :( but no way of violating anything.... hope they find cure for it :)

I used to use a medtronic pump but stopped because of the high cost of all the supplies and I went back to just using lantus and humalog which is still too expensive.

The cost of having diabetes is just too high. Doctors and pharmacies make way too much money on us type 1 diabetics. I hope for a cure in our lifetime as well.
