OP5 More than one pod found error

The last few pods have given me the “more than one pod found” error… Anyone have any tips or tricks to avoid this issue???

Hi @Dsg2387 . I just started on Omnipod5 a couple of months ago and have not had that error but I’m wondering if you remembered to discontinue the first pod before starting the load process on a new one?
I had a box of problem pods recently (delivery issues in my case), so that’s another possibility. If you’re not able to start a new one because of the error ask them for replacement.

I don’t think its possible to start a new pod before stopping/disconnecting the old one. At least on the same device, whether its using your PDM or the app on your phone…
