After managing my daughter's type 1 for 1 1/2 years I realized we will have to start making some changes to her diet. I want to cut back on her carbs. She has been a carb addict since her diagnosis. I want to try having a lot more whole grain foods in her diet and try some whole grain breads, rice and pasta.
