I have a HUGE problem. I eat through the middle of the night and 99.9% of the time I dont realize I’m doing it. Of course the next morning my bs readings are through the roof and it takes me hours to regulate. My aunt has the same eating through the night problem so I guess I get it honestly but that doesnt make it ok. I brought it up to my doctor and he didnt have any advice for me. Anyone one out there feel my pain?
I do this sometimes, the advise I can give sounds crazy but can really help. Put a lock on the cabinets! Also, try getting yourself to get a glass of water in place of food. Your body is searching for something to process. Give it the good stuff!
