So how do you cope?

Me personally I have taken my diagnosis (Nov 30, 2006) as a challenge.  While at first I was scared, mad, confused, and overwhelmed, after that initial period I became determined to not let this disease get the better of me.  One of the ways that I have focused on doing this is by getting in better physical shape,  I have been working out more often, especially later, and really getting into crossfit.  There are other ways, but this my weapon of choice to cope now.
