Our son is not a big breakfast eater (like me), but I try to get him to eat at least before 10:00 am. He's not having any problem with lows before breakfast, so I'm not pushing it too much. But, I am trying to be sure he gets protein in the morning to help avoid drops before lunch. So, I end up making eggs EVERY MORNING. I know it's not healthy to eat the same thing every day, especially eggs, so how else do you get protein in the morning?
