Sports camp s?

Hey guys im going to be doing a fieldhockey camp . I havent  done tons of exercise this summer so I know my blood sugar is prob going to  go crazy so I was woundering if anyone has any tips for me on how to get prepared and snacks or anything that might help keep me level

i love feild hockey and went 2 like 3 camps for it this summer i baugh alot of snacks with me but for the day camps depending on wht time they start or end i normally test more camp days like whenever u have a break test just to be sure and also b4 i have a snack like a pb &j sandwich without giving insulin. also after the snack i think milk is supposed to keep ur blood sugars up so tht might prevent u from dropping
