Sushi / carb amount?

How many carbs do you count for sushi, say per roll? I can't find it in any of the carb counting books. I had to see a dietician at Joslin when I went on the pump in '04, and she said it's b/c diabetics shouldn't eat raw fish, so she didn't know. I was so annoyed -- first, you can get sushi with veggies, omelette, smoked fish, etc. Secondly, there are so many restrictions on us T1's, that if I want to risk it and enjoy raw fish once in a while, I should be able to know the carb count! It's my decision. (Sorry, HappyVegan!)

Anyways, I was in the mood for Japanese and thought someone here may be able to help me. I always just totally guess! Also, do you avoid any raw fish or do you take the risk? I would miss the eel! (:
