Does anyone know of a good (free) website where I can keep track and be accountable for my exercise? Like if I don't check in, it'll e-mail me and bitch at me? haha
I use a program called Fitness Pal, it will count exercise & calories as well as help with food & goals & if you have things that you like to make you can put in all the things in it & it will give you carbs & calories for each serving & yes it does email you when you have logged to in say, hey were are you???
