So I am always trying to come up with new things to try and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for what to eat when you are low? Not seriously low but somewhere in the 60's. I usually eat glucose tabs or fruit snacks, but I was just curious to see if anyone else had any ideas? I have heard something about not eating protein when you're low, but what about fat? like is a cookie a good snack or not so much?
